12:00 lunch

1:00 continue set-up (staging, lighting, sound, chairs, tables, backdrops, room set-up)

3:00-5:00 rehearsal with traveling band and local sideman musicians, sound check continues.

5:00 Continued sound check and stage finalization.

Showtime: warm-up act 8-8:30.

Headliner 8:30-10:00.

10:30, breakdown begins.
